Websites for roofing contractors
Websites built for roofing companies.
I build websites for independent roofers. Show homeowners your work, explain your services, and make requesting an inspection straightforward.
Websites from $1,500, fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts.
Sample work · fictional business
Sample site
Try it the way a homeowner would.
Oakline Roofing is a fictional company I built to show the standard of work. Open it on your phone and try to request an inspection.
- The inspection button is visible on the first screen, on phones and computers
- A short enquiry form with clear error messages, and a ZIP code check for your service area
- Repair and replacement pages written in plain language
- Built for fast loading and tested with Google Lighthouse
The sample uses stock photos and sends no enquiries. Your site would use your own photos, reviews and details.
Pricing
One clear package. Optional monthly care.
Every project gets a written scope and fixed price before any work starts. Larger projects are quoted individually.
Roofing website
from $1,500 one-time
Built with your branding, photos and details
- Up to six main pages: home, one combined services page, projects, about, service areas and contact
- Designed for phones first, and tested on computers too
- Inspection-request form set up and tested to your inbox
- Page titles and descriptions for search engines
- Two rounds of revisions
- Launch on your domain, plus a handover guide
Not included: writing all your copy from scratch, photography, paid ads, ongoing SEO campaigns and Google Business Profile management. Individual service pages, privacy-page setup and confirmation pages are specified in your proposal. Additional services require a separate agreement.
Care plan
$99 / month, optional
Keeps the site running and up to date
- Hosting management and uptime checks
- Scheduled software updates
- Up to 60 minutes of small edits each month (unused time doesn’t roll over)
- Initial response within 2 business days; completion timing agreed for each request
- Larger changes quoted before any work
Small edits cover existing text and image changes, not new pages or features. Third-party costs, including any paid hosting, are listed in your proposal. Cancel any time.
You keep your domain, content and delivered website files. Standard sites use reusable components; exclusive design is quoted separately. Third-party assets retain their licences.
A written scope, price and payment schedule before any work. No surprise invoices.
A good website makes it easier for visitors to contact you. It can’t create traffic on its own, so I won’t claim it will.
Process
Four steps from first email to launch.
- 01
Short conversation
By email or a scheduled call. You tell me about your business and how enquiries reach you today.
- 02
Written proposal
Scope, price, what I need from you, and a payment schedule. Work starts after the deposit.
- 03
Build and review
I build the site with your logo, photos and details. You review it and get two rounds of changes.
- 04
Launch and handover
The site goes live on your domain, the form is tested to your inbox, and you get a short guide.
Launch dates are agreed once your content (logo, photos, service details) and domain access are ready.

About
Hi, I’m Emrul.
I’m a software developer with a background in enterprise .NET and SQL Server systems, where reliability and clear processes matter. I now build focused websites for roofing contractors.
Explore the clearly labelled sample to see my approach: fast pages, plain language and an inspection-request journey that is easy to finish on a phone.
I work remotely from Bangladesh. Most communication is by email. Calls are arranged in advance at a time that works for both of us.
Questions
Common questions.
Will my site look the same as the sample?
It uses the same tested foundation (speed, mobile layout, enquiry form), but with your branding, colours, photos, services and wording. If you want a fully exclusive design, I’ll quote that separately.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, photos of your work, your service list and areas, and contact details. If you have reviews, licence or warranty details, I’ll add them exactly as you supply them, never invented.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on how quickly content arrives. I agree a schedule with you once I have your logo, photos, details and domain access.
How does payment work?
Invoiced in US dollars, with a deposit to start and the balance before launch. The exact schedule and payment method are in your written proposal.
Can you work with my existing domain?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain; I’ll just need access to point it at the new site.
